1. Introduction

Welcome to FrostedFit. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our fitness equipment. By accessing this site, you agree to be bound by these terms. We operate in accordance with English law, and any disputes will be settled in the courts of London, England.

2. Contract of Sale

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A legally binding contract is only formed once you receive an Order Confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Currency: All prices are listed in GBP (£).

  • VAT: Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable at the current UK rate.

  • Payment: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Your data is encrypted via SSL for secure transactions.

4. Shipping and Delivery (UK & International)

As a curated boutique, we ship directly from our global manufacturing partners to keep costs low.

  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery to the UK is 7–12 business days.

  • Import Duties: For international orders outside the UK, the recipient is responsible for any import duties or local taxes.

5. Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in "as-new" condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

6. Faulty Goods and Warranty

If your equipment arrives damaged or develops a fault, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies.

  • Within 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund.

  • After 30 days, we offer a 6-month durability guarantee for a repair or replacement on hardware and cable attachments.

7. Limitation of Liability

FrostedFit is not liable for injuries resulting from the misuse of our equipment. We strongly recommend consulting a fitness professional before starting any new training program or using heavy-duty cable attachments.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
